In this paper I argue that “Crime-Control Vigilantism” is a legitimate response to crimes committed in “pseudo-state of nature.” the first part, define and delineate what exactly meant by Vigilantism,” explaining six major characteristics most philosopher agree make certain actions vigilantism.
